The app downloads existing mailbox notes before enabling automatic upload. An empty Android installation is treated as a first import, never as a request to delete iPhone notes.
Create, edit, search, and restore notes on Android. Local changes wait for a connection. Conflicts let you choose which version to keep.
Google handles account selection and sign-in on its own screen. Notes Sync requests your verified email to identify your profile, and Gmail access to read and upload note messages and move replaced or deleted notes to Trash. The current IMAP connection requires Google's full mail permission; the implemented synchronization operates on your selected Notes folder and targeted moves to Trash.
Notes go directly between your phone and Google over an encrypted connection. No developer-operated server receives your notes. Read our Privacy Policy for storage, access, retention, and deletion details.
On iPhone, enable Notes for the same Google account in Apple account settings. This app works with Gmail-backed notes, not iCloud Notes. Attachments and unsupported formatting are read-only. Background timing depends on Android, Google access, and connectivity.
This is a preview. Real-device Gmail and iPhone compatibility testing is ongoing. Keep an independent copy of important notes; you can export the selected account or local notes as a ZIP archive containing HTML, text and downloaded attachments. Database restore is not provided.
Contact the developer through the support tracker or the support email on Google's consent screen. Never include passwords, access tokens, or private notes in a report.
